How to Sign up with Xtra mail

Since Spark is the holder company that has merged all its webmail services with Xtra mail existing users can easily activate the email through the My Spark account.
  • Please navigate to the MySpark account.
  • Next, please find the sign-up or register my account option.
  • Fill up the details given in the respective box.
  • Submit your name, the username you want, and the password as per the protocol.
  • For the verification, please provide a valid phone number or alternate email address.
  • When you press the sign up or register my account option, you will get an account activation code on mobile number and alternative email address you provided at the time of sign-up
  • Either you have to press the account activation URL on the alternative email, or you have to submit the confirmation code on your registered mobile number.
  • Once you have confirmed the activation of the email, you can use your Xtra email anywhere with all devices.

How You Can Access Xtra Mail

Users can access their Xtra mail by logging in on their smartphone, laptop, desktop PC, or tablet. Users can use the webmail through the Myspark website, or they can also install mobile app on the website.

How to Reset the Xtra Mail Password

There are two scenarios for resetting the Xtra webmail password. We have given both situations.

In case you remember your password

  • login to the webmail 
  • Tap om My Account tab in the corner of the right side at the top
  • Pick the option “Change password and manage security” via the drop-down menu 
  • Navigate to the Password & Security Section
  • Select the password tab 
  • Write your present password 
  • Now, write your fresh password 
  • Confirm your fresh password again 
  • Now choose Confirm and save 
  • You can now log in with your new password 

In case you have forgotten your Xtra Mail Password

  • Please open the webmail login page.
  • Now go to the tab “Can’t sign in.”
  • Now, submit your email address.
  • Now tap on the “SEND” Button.
  • You will get the six numeric codes through email or code on your alternative email address or mobile phone, which you have set up for the recovery option at the time of sign up of the Xtra mail account.
  • Please submit the 6-digit code where it demands
  • After that, tap on the Continue Button.
  • Now, you can write a fresh password.
  • Tap on the “Change password and then proceed to the “Continue.”
  • Now, your email is ready for logging in with the fresh password you created a few minutes ago.
Remember that do not use similar words and alphabet that you have used in your previous password. How to Fix Xtra Email is Not Working Error
